Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Your appointments are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hour window, a fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file. This policy allows me to manage my schedule effectively and ensures that I can accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Rescheduling Policy: Please give me a 12-hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you no-show for your appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged to your card on file. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
